The Secret Garden (2021)

Loretta is a 17-year-old girl, that is lost in her own world to escape from reality. She is in her last year of high school and she is a very good student. She had 2 brothers. One die in an accident at the age of 2 and her other brother Samuel is no longer living with them. He's most likely in jail. Her mom Margarita is always on sleeping pills to forget her problems and have an excuse of not facing them. Her dad David Cassidy is always drinking and going out with friends and other women. Her grandmother is the only one that gives her good advice. But Loretta is not allowed to visit her anymore because every time she goes and visit her grandmother she came back completely change and her mom doesn't like confrontations. She has 2 very good friends since she was in kindergarten. Marisol and Lulu. At the beginning of the school year her friend Lulu gets pregnant and because of this she has very little contact with Loretta. Leaving her with Marisol only. Loretta's dream is to become a veterinarian, so she plans to move with her grandmother as soon as she turns 18 years old. Everything seems to go as plan but, something unexpected happened that change the whole story leaving her dreams in the past.
