Elliot, a troubled young man is a long way from normal...or at least, that is the perception of a caring neighbor, Bella, who is charged with watching over Elliot until his mom gets home. As Elliot begins to express strange derealization of the world around him, Bella, along with her husband Dan, seek out the catalyst for his eerie, abnormal behavior.
