Beyond Depth (2016)

Following a head-on car crash, Ronnie is thrown into a coma. His soul is now faced with a journey through a nowhere land, where he's given the opportunity to choose whether to go back to life or to stay dead. While obviously willing to live again, his encounter with the soul of his best friend, who died on impact in the crash, makes him doubt he deserves it.
