After a selfish young man is disloyal to his girlfriend while she's away on a trip, Peter unknowingly unearths a strange cigarette box with an even stranger curse awaiting to teach him a lesson. The box has a demonic smile and always one cigarette inside, waiting to entice its next victim to smoke just one.
