The story is about the incredible struggle and ultimate success of Gabriel, a promising young track star, who loses his three best friends, and becomes a double amputee in a tragic car accident. With the extraordinary love and encouragement of friends and family, and an adorable wheelchair-bound rescue dog, Coop, Gabriel goes on to win the Gold Medal at the 2028 Paralympic Games.
