Serenity (2017)

The time period is 2060, several months after Earth has been destroyed. In another universe, humans and aliens live in harmony. Two factions are at war: The Zanji, an Ancient Mystic order tasked with training young men and women of various races to become warriors, peacemakers, and law enforcement; and The Majin Batsu, a violent clan of people who kill their adversaries without mercy. Akua Nagi a proud-born Navi, an all-woman warrior race. Because of this, she is one of the surviving recruits from the attack on the Zanji Academy and Temple. She is a young woman who was found and reluctantly trained by Kain Maelstrom in the way of the Zanji order. She is strong, brave, and courageous. She ends up being an equal to Kain later on in the series.
