Passenger (2011)

Seth is being driven to the airport by his old friend Tien. When their car breaks down on the outskirts of Tblisi, Georgia, Seth leaves Tien with the car while he walks into town. There, he encounters a malnourished and terrified woman named Eva, clutching her infant son Mik. Seth, a privileged socialite, is at a loss for what to do. He eventually buys them what little food is available and follows the mother and child back to their home - a miserable lean-to in the woods. While unloading groceries, Eva's husband returns. He flies into a rage, beating Eva and the child, who flee. Seth tries to fight the man, at the cost of both of their lives.
