Sharps (2020)

An inspirational short film about a teenager battling a chronic illness and his mother's struggle to come to terms with their reality. "Sharps" is about a pivotal moment in Pat's life. Pat is a nineteen-year-old student who has lived with type-one diabetes for most of his life. Jan, his widowed mother, works several jobs in order to afford her son's insulin. The mother and son grapple with the reality of diabetes and struggle to maintain their relationship.
