Trying to figure out what's wrong with him, a taciturn, pill-popping loner living in a run-down apartment in the heart of a grim and faceless metropolis prepares for the long day ahead. Today may be his lucky day; after all, he has nothing to lose. However, it's a jungle out there. Can the compassionate, lively, bright-eyed next-door neighbour bring some solace to his troubled mind?
