Trini Lopez - Motion Picture Golden Halo Lifetime Achievement Award (2017)

The annual Southern California Motion Picture Council selects international Singer, Musician, and Actor, TRINI LOPEZ, for a Golden Halo Lifetime Achievement Award. The honor was presented to Trini, by filmmaker CHIP MILLER, who sums up Trini's 60 year career in three minutes, including his acting career, topped off by co-starring in The Dirty Dozen." Musical stars, past and present, pay tribute to this enduring entertainer, as dozens of celebrities attend the gala affair, held at the Sportsman's Lodge in Studio City. It is hosted by Julie Ream (daughter of actor, Glenn Strange, who played Sam the Bartender on "Gunsmoke").
