Voice Is Over (2020)

Kanae returns to the family home for new years eve, in an attempt to convince her family to accept her new name "Lorene" At the dinner table, she discovers her voice is being dubbed by an canadian woman in english. Her family notices the oddity and questions her sincerity to the tradition. Just when Kanae defends herself against the accusations from her family, the dub starts filtering out and altering her sentences. Soon, Kanae is unable to explain to her family about the oddity as the dubber takes over her voice. She realizes this ridiculous dub is just a version of herself and defeats it with the help of her family.
