Mi Nahi Tyatla (2007)

Two friends Raghav Kulkarni (RK) and Prasad are working in the same bank Raghvan lives happily with his wife Anu while Prasad is in debts with a goon Munnabhai and frequents dance bars his uncle and aunt want him to get married so that he can avail his property but Prasad is in no mood to get married.Anu has to rush to her village to be with her ailing aunt while Raghav is left alone at home Prasad forces him to come to a dance bar after he disagrees Prasad sends a girl to his house.After sometime Raghav notices that the girl died suddenly and calls Prasad for help they dispose of the body but next day cops reach Raghav's house after they find his address with body of dead victim Raghav decides to take Prasad's help but he to is murdered making him the prime suspect in both murders.
