Dirch Passer was not only Denmark's funniest man and the most beloved comedian. He was also obsessed with his work and the pursuit of audience laughter. In the documentary, we get really close to Dirch Passer's dramatic story when the daughter, sister, ex-boyfriend and colleagues tell the story of the man who could not say no and eventually fell dead behind the scenes in Tivoli.
