Plan B (2021)

A young man exposes his genitals.

An underage teen agrees to perform oral sex on a male drug dealer in return for an item she can't afford while her female friend watches. Camera shows her face get close to a long erect prosthetic penis with piercings. At the last moment, she loses her nerve and turns quickly to get up. Her hair gets caught on one of the piercings and jerk's it out of the penis. The girls freak out and run away while the guy chases them, revealing his bare butt.

There is a scene where two teenagers have brief sex in the bathroom, while the girl is sitting on the sink counter. No genitalia is shown (in this scene) but it is explicit what happens.
