The Headliner

Troy, a veteran comedian on the rise makes an offensive remark towards one of his coworkers, getting himself canceled. Broke and with no jobs, he randomly lands at a church for the wrong reason, a woman. Troy struggles between what's right and wrong, ultimately choosing to use the benefits of his involvement at church, doing comedic openings for the services, and receiving free meals and rent. An event at the local church will make him open up, revealing his true self and his desire to become a better human being.
