"Seriously, your radio just became home of the best news, best talk, and best music. 99.9 KKIX FM; THE BEST." Is heard by all listeners of a leftist political talk show named Spangled Crease hosted by a man named Mr. V. Within a world of tangled wires, flickering lights, and crossed signals: the signal that matters the most is the one transmitting one guy's opinion to the next. The interactions between the bevy of quirky characters and Mr. V are based on the tenants of an interpretative communication science theory called the controlled management of meaning (CMM). The people who listen to the show make up their own echo chamber while defining reality through their perceptions; in a collectively unconscious way. This film goes into the incongruity of several political issues but the film treats the issues as satire while addressing the surreal nature of the Jungian concept of the collective unconscious, quantum entanglement, and the mysterious hybrid of objective and interpretive science that is represented by radiowaves within the electromagnetic spectrum.
