The Campaign Against the Climate (2020)

A Danish investigative film about lobbyists for climate skepticism... One significant example of resistance against measures for a better climate. Their representatives are, understandably, major players in the oil industry. Their goal is for the average citizen to 'understand' that there are many doubts in climate science, that everything is still unclear and unsupported. According to documents, the oil industry wants the public to question scientific findings regarding climate change. Scientists are not invited to high-level meetings. A program for national media suggests eight ways to influence the media by paying and training their 'own' scientists. It further explains how they will attempt to influence journalists.
