Bridge (2020)

Brahmaputra, the mighty river of India, and its tributaries, wreak havoc on many villages, every year, and ruins cultivation. The absence of a bridge over the tributary adds to the woes of the poor villagers. Still, they love their river and its surrounding green valley, and every year they restart their life with renewed hope. Drawn from real life incidents, Bridge reveals the unusual struggle, and the empowerment that comes with it, of a teenage girl residing at the bank of a tributary of the mighty, overflowing river.
