The Tenant (2018)

Guy, the property manager for Casa Del Rio Apartments, has been hearing from the other residents, about Vanessa a beautiful new tenant, who has moved into the apartment building. Vanessa had a job transfer from another state and is new in town, so she puts together a housewarming party to try to get to know her new co-workers and boss, but in the middle of the final touches to her party, one of her kitchen devices breaks. Immediately, Vanessa calls the property manager, Guy to see if he can help her circumstances and save her crucial party. This is Guy's chance to see what all the guys are talking about and as soon as he meets Vanessa, he becomes smitten with her and tries to come to her rescue like a knight in shining armor, but ends up rambling on awkwardly trying to charm the new tenant.
