Dryspell (2020)

In the distant future, Earth is left with no water due to a catastrophic drought that took place fifty years earlier. This has left humanity to rely on a "now depleting" substance called Symmaqua that allows the human body to survive without water for long periods of time. After Hope Zale (Lisa Kearns), an art gallery employee from a city that was once next to an ocean, takes her daily dose of Symmaqua, an unexpected miracle happens.
