Ba Ham (Together) (2021)

The Story of Ba Ham (Together), is based on director's life events. Pouya is a political refugee from Iran, who lives in Hamburg and tries everything to get his wife (Nikta) to safety. As a political activist and video maker, he has difficulties trusting strangers, constantly being afraid of leading vengeful Iranian authorities to his wife. When a passenger plane (Flight 752) is shot down over Teheran, political turmoil escalates and Pouya needs to overcome his crippling paranoia and forge an alliance, to get his wife out of danger. A leap of faith being the only remaining option, he places his trust in a coworker (Erfan), wondering if he has found a friend or a foe.
