Mist Over the Ocean (2019)

In her final stages of life, tired and battered by Alzheimer's, an old lady, Mrs. Miller, gets a visitor, who presents himself as a detective. The detective wants to crack a case for which he needs the help of Mrs. Miller. Due to her severe condition she has troubles to understand the situation. With each sentence of the detective her mind spins around and into an old memory, of a young woman. Before times run up, Mrs. Miller starts to make a connection between the strange memory and her visitor. Through the help of the young woman, who reveals herself as a younger version of Mrs. Miller, she finally recognized that the detective is actually her son, Lukas Miller.
