Sasha and her boyfriend are drug addicts, they take up all of Katie's pain pills. Sasha and rena drinks wine together at dinner. It's revealed Scott Ashley's brother go drunk last year and killed in a car wreck.

Ashley passes out in driver's Ed class, it's revealed she needs a liver transplant. Some scenes shows Katie's scars. Nothing too bad but still might upset some viewers.
