Kartar Singh from Punjab, India comes to know that Bhangra is now being performed worldwide which is actually dance from Punjab, India. He plans to find out the best bhangra team. He then conducts World Bhangra League with finals in Punjab, India. When he gets entries for quarter-finals he finds something very unpredictable which makes him change his view.
