Inalienable: An Abduction in Pre-Civil Rights Appalachia (2021)

A mixed-race couple from New Hampshire moves to West Virginia in 1961 and immediately experiences an alien abduction. Calvin Mount moved to this location for a job opportunity. He educates youth as well as adults, and attempts to improve race relations in Jackson County West Virginia. His wife Rose works in the field of botany. Over the course of four years, while fulfilling their roles in the community, a lot of time and therapy is necessary to come to terms with what happened to them.
