The Marcus Graham Project assists minority students prepare for, and find, careers in the advertising industry. Their mission, and theory, is that by investing in the exposure, training and mentor-ship of the next generation of talent, they will see a return in the development of a vast talent pool of marketplace leaders in media and marketing. They launched with 7 participants. Since then the program has garnered an incredible amount of attention both in the media, the industry and among current and future professionals and expanded to Chicago, Detroit, and Cleveland. July '17 was their 10 year anniversary where, at the Oprah Ballroom in Washington DC, we premiered a video celebrating their past accomplishments and vision for the future.
