Honar Sun Mi Tya Gharchi (2007)

Deepak comes to visit his sister Surekha in her village he comes across Kiran in village fair and gets fascinated by her beauty ,Kiran saves Deepak's life after he suffers from snake bite. After Deepak returns home his mother Aaisaheb finds about his love for Kiran and decides to marry them, she meets Kiran's father Kaka Deshmukh and fixes their marriage but asks for a huge dowry. Deshmukh cant afford the dowry but is convinced by Surekha's husband to manage whatever he can, on the wedding day Surekha and Aaisaheb decide to call of the wedding when their demands are not fulfilled. Deshmukh begs them not to call of the wedding to which Aaisaheb agrees on a condition that Deepak and Kiran will have to live separately until Deshumukh pays the dowry amount.
