OverPranked (2019)

The main character (Blogger) makes pranks - he frightens people and records their reaction with the camera. For his next prank the Blogger pretends to be the killer that is searched by the police. The murderer has already committed 7 crimes and is widely discussed by journalists. So for his next video the Blogger goes to the little town where nobody will recognize him and tries to catch a car to frighten the driver. When the Blogger finally catches the car he doesn't realize that the real killer is seating next to him.
