3rd grade students of the First Private Technical School in Zagreb receive a letter from the Ministry of Science and Education stating that bankruptcy proceedings are being conducted against the school. The students are trying to find out as much information as possible from the class mistress to know what they are up to, should they look for a new school or not. A TV presenter and a cameraman come to the school to do a research on what is really going on with the school. After the same episode that was shown on television, the 3rd grade students even though there are 5 of them in the class, manage to divide into three groups, those who want to go to another school, those who want to stay in school and those who don't completely care. Inspection comes to the school and expels the students, because the school no longer legally exists, Professor Grubisic goes to talk to the inspection - but without success.
