The Florida Manifesto

Conspiracy theorist Dale has a hunch that all the "Florida Man" headlines in the news are part of a much larger issue. The headline today just confirmed that hunch. His brother Ray, thinks he is nuts. Nevertheless, Ray reluctantly joins his brother on a ridiculous adventure across the great state of Florida. Dale, on a quest to find the truth, and Ray, just tagging along to make sure Dale doesn't get himself into trouble. Unfortunately for them, the truth and trouble go hand in hand.
