Selena is staying at Jeannie's house for a sleepover, the awkward front-lines of a budding friendship. Jeannie has a lavish home, and strict rules, but the middle-schoolers connect over their celebrity boy fandom. Jeannie shares her entry to a sweepstakes contest, but when Selena desires to keep hers private, Jeannie unleashes a quiet terror. The boundaries of female friendship, privacy and youthful fantasy are all tested in this slow-burn, seriocomedy.
