Ordinary Lies (2015)

Multiple marital infidelities comprise a major story arc. There are several sex scenes, brief, with thrusting and moaning, but no nudity except a male butt once, as best I recall.

Penis-shaped pastries are referenced in regard to a bachelorette (hen) party.

In two episodes we see people viciously beaten, bruised and with some blood visible. One character is shown hospitalizes and severely traumatized. Credible threats of violence occur on occasion. One character shows bruises as a result of spousal abuse.

Fairly frequent use of "fuck", "damn", and other vulgarities.

Cigarettes are smoked occasionally in several episodes. Alcohol is consumed, socially and sometimes to the point of inebriation.

Cocaine smuggling is a major plot arc in a couple of episodes. We see small baggies consumed. Actual use isn't depicted.

Every single episode depicts people in dire straights, either physically or emotionally or both. Characters are frequently in peril.
