Even after planning the project for over a year, the thirteen Half the Sky: Intersections in Social Practice Art delegates who went to Shenyang were unsure what kind of reception to expect of their works and events or how engaged the Chinese artists, professors, and students would be. In this documentary video it becomes evident that communities from two countries can work through language barriers while having a significant impact on each other.
