RC Racers: This is Not a Toy (2015)

Engines roar. The smell of nitro fuel blankets the air. The flag goes up, racers pull back the trigger on their remotes, and ten small cars hurtle around a dirt track. RC, or remote control, car racing is a hobby like no other. This documentary introduces the men (and very few women) who race RC cars, not for money or fame, but for the love of racing. They aren't professional racers. They're guys who drive semi-trucks during the week then travel hundreds of miles to race. Some invest thousands of dollars in an RC car, but don't own an actual car. For many it's a hobby, for some it's an obsession that takes over their lives.
