A man is mauled by a dog. It is not graphic.

A man and a woman are stabbed.

A man's eye is impaled, and then pulled out of his head. The removal is close up.

A baby is smothered off screen. The child is never seen.

A couple uses of "fucking"

A female character tries to steal a bottle of prescription drugs (Xanax) that's more than 20 years old and complains about depression. After the bottle gets discarded, another female character jokes about smoking a joint.
