Hermanos (2015)

Born into the San Jose chapter of latino gang Hermanos, Dr. Ricardo Alvarez has been living a double life as both surgeon and gang medic, but he wants out. After a hit he organized on his brother, the gang's current leader, goes south, Ricardo risks everything to make sure his secret life stays a secret and he can leave the crew for good.
