The Mannequin Makers (2015)

The film introduces the main character Glen Wilkin-Holland at the opening of a fashion exhibition. Glen's mannequin business has been significant in New Zealand fashion for 75 years. The working life of the mannequin factory is interwoven with stories of its workers, and the eclectic mix of those drawn to mannequins. As Glen recover from the loss of his life partner, the ongoing survival of the business they built together is threatened by rising competition, with far reaching consequences beyond the factory walls.
