Swimmers (2015)

Boris Zolotov, a well-known and controversial Soviet physicist, lives in a colony of run-down houses in southern Russia on the Black City. In 1980, he decided to leave the research institute where he worked to dedicate himself full time to his convictions. Around him are people participating in rituals in swimming pools, lessons similar to mantras and theatrical performances. What is happiness in contemporary Russia and how is it achieved?
