Spaghetti and Rice (2014)

10-year-old Ali, an Australian-born Afghan, loves his homeland and his family, but is discovering the two don't quite fit. Returning home from an afternoon of toy gun shoot-outs at his friend's, he is confronted by his refugee parents experiencing a loss he doesn't understand. He must try to find a way to help them and at the same time understand where he belongs.
