The Book of Henry (2017)

Susan is a single mother of two children, one of them being Henry, a bright, gifted boy. She discovers that the neighbouring family where Henry's schoolmate Christina lives has some disturbing secrets. But Henry, sick with cancer, devises a brilliant plan to save his classmate.
