NOTOWN is a feature documentary that captures the struggle of outspoken, passionate and effective activists as they fight for the right to clean accessible water in the Great Lake State. Painful raw scenes, capture a stream of experiences of some of the most vulnerable low income homes--pensioners, the disabled, mothers, Vietnam veterans, families with new babies, cancer patients, small children--all affected by inability to access clean water. Along with these intimate stories, this films explores the question: Is Water a Human Right?
