Zafiro (2016)

An estranged son returns to his father's hometown of Zafiro to bury him. It is in this rural fishing village, aided by old acquaintances, that Diego starts to mend the broken relationship that he had with his recently deceased father. Understated and visually poetic, this surreal dramedy explores the struggle of letting go, framed by the post-mortem communion between a conflicted father and his reluctant son.
