Wibi Soerjadi (2015)

Famous Dutch pianist Wibi Soerjadi has reached an important crossroads in his life. One the one hand we find Wibi renewing himself. Wibi follows in the footsteps of his great role model Franz Liszt, as he develops a revolutionary way of performing his piano music. Classical concerts will never be the same again. He shows a completely different side as he steps out of his comfort zone by contributing to a dance song that soon becomes a number-one hit in the dance scene. On the other hand, Wibi wants to hold on to his past, since his father has to cope with Alzheimer's. His grand concert in the Royal Concertgebouw might be the last one his father will ever attend. Wibi returns to his childhood home and is confronted by his past. He realizes this may turn out to be one of the most emotional years of his life.
