HOLLYWOODLAND of HOPE & LIES

"The Land of Hope and Lies" tells the dark tale of a group of struggling filmmakers, in Los Angeles and New York, that are trying to get a film made after they get fully funded. The producer who will do anything to get the film made. The writer/director who will sell his soul to get the film made. The actress who will sacrifice herself to get that first big break. The feckless investor that does whatever the producer says - And many, many others. This project is being conceived and packaged as a 30min pilot for HBO, that will be outlined to have a 5-year-story-arc.
