The SUNSHINE KID is the story of a young man who tries to balance the hard realities of his life with his feelings for the MATERIAL GIRL and at the same time uphold traditional Confucian values. As he tries to satisfy her spiraling demands, and keep his life on track he strays from the source of his happiness. Will his sunny optimist hold up against this Herculean challenge?
