On Christmas Eve, a 125 year old woman, Millie Tate, tells a bedtime story to her great-great-great niece and nephew of her pioneer days in Utopia, Virginia, 1880, explaining how their late great-great-great grandmother became Santa Clause, during a time when their town and the wildlife around them had been threatened by a ruthless, corrupt governor and a bumbling gang of horse thieves.
