The Exception (2016)

In Nazi-occupied countryside, Kaiser Wilhelm II is a prime assassination target during World War II. Wehrmacht Captain Brandt is assigned to protect him but becomes entangled in a secret romance with a Dutch handmaiden, all while a spy threat looms. With the formidable Heinrich Himmler approaching as a threat, Brandt must safeguard both the Kaiser and his newfound love in a perilous situation.
