The chairman of the Kazakov foreign trade association makes an offer to the American businessman Vikas to invest in the construction of a chemical plant. It was decided to build it on the site of the gasification station in Nizhne-Pechorsk. Vikas's decision to conclude a contract for the construction of the plant becomes known to American businessmen, who are unprofitable for this cooperation.
