CIA receives mission of his career to go down with a team and interdict a drug operation located in the Bahamas. The financial proceeds of the mission will be rewarded to the mission members under a Letter of Marque from the U.S. Navy but the drugs stored in the warehouse must be destroyed and the 'connected' drug dealers captured . The girlfriend of the team leader unknowingly leaks data to a CIA wannabe before the mission's under way but gets to go on the mission without anyone knowing its compromised. Everything goes wrong. Money is recovered at great cost, the Navy does not accept the Letter of Marque as being valid, the wannabe turns out to be the girlfriends brother, the drugs are destroyed and drug dealers killed instead of being caught. the wannabe is also killed. The girlfriend cannot accept the loss of her brother and the protagonist agent ends up with no money, the loss of some of his men, a failed mission and no girl.
