Tokyo Decibels (2017)

A university professor's (Mitsuru Matsuoka) is endeavouring to draw a map of Tokyo, but not any map. He likes to draw one of the sounds of the city. He consistently records the sounds and analyses them. When his girlfriend (Natsumi Abe) inform him that she is moving on and the relationship is over there appears a women (Yumi Adachi) who suggests he surreptitiously record his ex's life.
